I do not participate with most insurance plans, as I have chosen to operate as a cash-based practice (with the exception of HMAA, which I do bill directly to). This model allows me to focus on patient care rather than insurance limitations and restrictive visit structures. Without the constraints of insurance billing requirements, I am able to spend more time with each patient, offer more personalized treatment plans, and provide care that is guided by clinical judgment and your individual needs — not by insurance policies.  I do my best to keep costs down for all patients and will discuss all options during your visit.

All new patients are required to have an established primary care provider, as I am no longer accepting primary care patients. My role is to provide adjunct, endocrinology-focused care, and I am always happy to collaborate with your primary care physician or other specialists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive treatment. I also no longer accept worker's comp or motor vehicle accident cases for this same reason.  For your convenience, I provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
